1. The Golden Rule: The 360° Unboxing Video.
We take great care in packaging your treasures, but should any damage occur during transit, we need your help to fix it.
Requirement: Please film a complete 360° unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel.
Why? This video is a mandatory requirement for us to process a damage claim with our courier partners.
Note: Without a clear unboxing video showing the damage as the parcel is opened, we will be unable to offer a return or exchange.
2. Handcrafted Variations (Not Defects)
The beauty of handicrafts like Ajrakh and Bandhej lies in their individuality.
Color & Shade: Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to photography lighting or your monitor settings. These are not considered defects.
Print & Weave: Ajrakh and hand-blocked prints may have slight misprints or "human" irregularities. This is the hallmark of an authentic handmade product and is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
3. Choosing Your Perfect Fit
To keep our prices fair and our waste low, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues.
Pro-Tip: If you are unsure about your size, we always recommend ordering one size bigger for a comfortable fit.
4. Love Your Fabric: Product Care
Hand-dyed fabrics require a little extra TLC to keep their colors vibrant.
First 2 Washes: We strictly recommend Dry Clean Only for the first two washes.
Home Wash Warning: We cannot be held responsible for any color bleeding or fabric damage caused by home washing.
